Need Student Counselor

greeting clients and setting a positive office atmosphere
- answering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective
offices
- organising and maintaining files and records and updating them when
necessary
- creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets
- overseeing the sorting and distribution of incoming mails
- preparing outgoing mail items such as envelopes or packages
- operating office equipment such as photocopier and printers
- bookkeeping and issuing invoices
- recording meeting minutes and dictations
- performing an inventory of office supplies and order of need
- Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks
- answering phone calls and forwarding calls to respective departments
- scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events
- greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- handling enquiries and sorting mail
- copying, scanning and filing documents
- keeping track of office supplies and placing orders for replacements
- For Experience in Overseas Education Institute salary will be 20k to 50k.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Overseas Education Counsellingn: 1 year (preferred)
