**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leadership**: Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve company objectives.
**- Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
**- Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
**- Client Visits**: Conduct regular site visits and face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients to build and maintain strong relationships.

- Content Creation**:Oversee the development of engaging and informative content tailored to our target audience, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
**- Market Research**: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
**- Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze the performance of sales and marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
**- Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
**- Brand Management**: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image through consistent and strategic marketing practices.
**- Customer Engagement**: Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer engagement and retention.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience**: 0 - 5 years of experience in the banking domain, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
**- Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
**- Skills**:

- Proven ability to lead and manage sales and marketing teams.
- Extensive experience in developing and executing successful sales and marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and an eye for detail in content creation and campaign execution.
- In-depth knowledge of fintech trends and the regulatory environment affecting the financial services industry.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and conduct site visits as needed.
