**Job Overview**: As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will assist in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns, support sales efforts, and gather insights into customer needs and market trends. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both sales and marketing within a dynamic work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Research potential leads and assist in lead generation.
- Help maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
- Follow up with leads and prospects under the guidance of the sales team.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Help with scheduling meetings and coordinating events.
- Support the team with any other administrative tasks as needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
