Position: Marketing and Sales Intern

Duration: 6 months

Location: Kothrud, Pune, (On-site )

**Introduction**:
This is a field job, so applicants must be comfortable traveling, interacting with customers, and identifying market trends. Fluency in English is not required, but strong communication and people skills are essential.

Kosac Enterprises is a packaging solutions company based in Pune, specializing in the production and distribution of high-quality paper bags for businesses. We are dedicated to providing efficient and reliable packaging solutions that meet diverse business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Marketing Support**: Identify high-demand products, analyze market trends, and suggest improvements in product offerings in an allotted pincode of Pune.
- **New Customer Acquisition**: Identify potential clients, introduce them to our products, and close deals.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Observe and report what competitors are offering and suggest ways to stay ahead in the market.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of stock levels, ensure smooth supply chain operations, and update records.
- **Order Delivery & Customer Interaction**: Deliver paper bags to customers, collect feedback, and maintain strong relationships.
- **Timely Reporting**: Maintain logs of deliveries, customer feedback, and market insights.

**Who Should Apply?**
- Are fluent in Marathi & Hindi, and preferably have a 2 - wheeler for field visits to customers and vendors
- Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling for deliveries and customer visits.
- Has strong interpersonal skills and can build good relationships with customers.
- Someone who is punctual, hardworking, and proactive.
- Can think on their feet and handle unexpected situations with ease.
- Basic understanding of sales and inventory management is a plus.
