**Designation**: Tender Executive / Sales Executive (Tender)
**Location**: Thane
**Gender Preference**: Male (preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for identifying and tracking relevant tenders.
- Preparation and submission of quotations, offers, and bids.
- Handling online bidding and e-tendering processes.
- Following up on tenders and bid submissions.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and filing of all tender-related documents.
- Coordinating and communicating effectively with government clients and OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).
- Ensuring compliance with tender requirements and internal guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Hands-on experience in e-tendering processes, especially with various government departments.
- Well-versed with the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal and other government tender portals.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good documentation and organizational abilities.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in estimation and proposal preparation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
