**Job Title**: Tendering & Bidding Executive

**Location**: Thane (Wagle Estate preferred)
**Experience**: Minimum 2-5 years in tendering, bidding, or proposal management
**Salary**: Based on experience (Please specify if you have a budget range)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate relevant tenders on various government/private portals (GeM, CPPP, eProc, etc.)
- Understand and analyze RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents to ensure full compliance
- Prepare and compile required documents, proposals, pricing sheets, and technical/commercial bid formats
- Coordinate internally with finance, legal, operations, and technical teams for data and inputs
- Ensure timely submission of bids and post-submission follow-ups
- Maintain records of all bids, outcomes, and evaluation reports
- Handle registration and renewal on tender portals
- Maintain relationships with tender issuing authorities

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business, or Engineering preferred)
- Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience in tendering/bidding
- Proficient in GeM Portal, CPP Portal, and other government e-tendering platforms
- Good understanding of commercial and technical evaluation parameters
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PDF tools

**Preferred**:

- Experience in working with procurement teams or consultants
- Knowledge of taxes, compliance norms, and documentation like EMD, BG, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
