A Hotel Front Office Supervisor manages the front desk's daily operations, supervises front desk staff, ensures efficient guest check-in/check-out, handles guest inquiries and issues, and maintains high customer service standards. Key responsibilities include staff training and performance evaluation, coordination with other departments like housekeeping, management of reservations and payments, and ensuring adherence to hotel policies. Key Responsibilities
- **Staff Supervision**: Train, supervise, and support front desk staff to ensure smooth shift operations.
- **Guest Service**: Oversee all guest-facing operations, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Manage check-in and check-out processes, reservations, and room assignments.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- **Coordination**: Liaise with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest needs are met.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Handle guest payments, billing inquiries, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- **Policy Enforcement**: Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
