Front Office Supervisor/associate

- **Greeting guests**The front office is the first point of contact for guests, so it's important to greet them warmly and efficiently.
- **Managing check-in and check-out**Front desk staff are responsible for checking guests in and out of their rooms, and providing room keys.
- **Handling requests**Front desk staff answer questions, take messages, and provide information about local attractions and amenities. They may also help with concierge services, such as booking theater tickets.
- **Processing payments**Front desk staff prepare room bills and ensure guests pay promptly. They also take payments and return deposits when guests check out.
- **Managing reservations**Front desk staff may manage room bookings, room upgrades, and changes to booking dates.
- **Enforcing rules**Front desk staff monitor guests and visitors, and enforce hotel rules and regulations. They may also alert management to any misconduct, and report emergencies to the authorities.
- **Coordinating with other staff**Front desk staff coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guests have a pleasant stay.
