**Key Responsibilities**:
**School Identification & Engagement**:

- Discover and onboard government schools in Mumbai to implement the cutting-edge Mini Science Centre project.
- Build a robust database with insights on school demographics, infrastructure, and student profiles.

**Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Partner with education authorities, school leadership, and key decision-makers to gain project approvals and support.
- Secure permissions and endorsements to drive the seamless execution of our initiatives.

**Project Management**:

- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring the successful deployment of Mini Science Centres.
- Coordinate installations, training sessions, and ensure resources are optimally utilized.
- Track progress, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver projects on time.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain meticulous records of approvals, progress, and milestones achieved.
- Craft compelling project reports to showcase impact and success.
- **Qualifications & Skills**:

- ✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW) or a related field.
✔ Hands-on experience (2-3 years) in project coordination, education, or community development.
✔ Strong understanding of Mumbai’s education landscape, especially government schools.
✔ Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal abilities.
✔ Expertise in data management, documentation, and reporting.
✔ Self-motivated and adaptable, with a knack for solving problems and delivering results.
