As a Project Coordinator in the lighting industry, you will play a critical role in overseeing After Sales projects. You will be responsible for coordinating with the factory for delivery orders, liaising with clients to manage orders, working with logistics to ensure timely deliveries, and overseeing the installation phase to guarantee customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the After Sales team to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate with the factory to process delivery orders.
- Ensure that all After Sales projects are prioritized and executed efficiently.
- Proactively update clients on their orders' status and promptly address any inquiries.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to plan and coordinate product deliveries.

Ensure that deliveries are scheduled in a timely manner to meet client requirements.
- Track shipments and address any issues that may arise during transportation.
- Ensure that all lighting products and solutions meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Conduct inspections of installations to verify compliance with specifications.

Address any installation-related issues promptly and coordinate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including delivery orders, installation schedules, and client communication.

Generate regular status reports on After Sales projects and installations for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in the lighting industry, with a focus on After Sales and Installation projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset and commitment to ensuring client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
