We have an excellent opportunity for the profile of **Project Co-ordinator.**

**Qualification**: Graduation

**Experience**: 3 - 6 years

**Location**: Pune
- Liaise with managers and client Executives, Stakeholders to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget
- Analyze project progress and, when necessary, recommend changes to scope or timeline to achieve optimal results
- Achieve project goals while adhering to standards and best practices

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
- Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall
progress and achievement of milestones
- Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan
- Serve as point of communication between company teams and external
resources
- Deepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchers

**Skills Required**:

- Experience in coordinating teams and clients
- Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong Executive presence with ability to work with Client Executives and Stakeholders

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
