**Job Overview**:
**Job Responsibility**:

- Manage the end-to-end process of online campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign goals.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure that all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital etc.) to ensure that campaign is being delivered as required.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and status reports on campaign progress.
- Obtain client approvals for creative, ensuring that all feedback and changes are clearly communicated to the internal team.
- Handle any client requests or changes during the campaign lifecycle, ensuring that revisions are implemented and communicated efficiently to the management.
- Track and monitor key campaign metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Prepare detailed campaign performance reports, analyzing data to assess the success of each campaign.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns based on performance results.
- Coordinate the resolution of any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during the campaign delivery process.
- Ensure that all changes requested by the client are implemented promptly and accurately by the internal teams.
- Regularly assess campaign performance and suggest improvements or adjustments to optimize results.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing or account management,preferably in digital marketing or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not mandatory.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
