**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery of services.
- Understand client requirements, provide solutions, and ensure timely execution of projects.
- Support in creating project proposals, reports, and updates.
- Coordinate with the creative, production, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Handle routine client interactions, addressing queries and escalating issues when necessary.
- Assist in brainstorming and implementing strategies to meet client objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or related roles in advertising or marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A team player with a proactive approach and problem-solving mindset.
