Job Title: Social Media Marketer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Marketer to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to promote our brand, engage with our target audience, and drive business growth. You will be working closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across various social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.

Create, curate, and manage compelling content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Regularly analyze social media insights, metrics, and key performance indicators to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging social media trends, and new platform features to ensure our social media presence remains innovative and competitive.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as the content team, graphic designers, and product managers, to create cohesive and impactful social media campaigns.

Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Identify and engage with relevant influencers and strategic partners to expand brand reach and drive collaboration opportunities.

Implement social media advertising campaigns, including setting up targeting parameters, managing budgets, and monitoring performance to optimize results.

Conduct social media audits and competitive analysis to identify areas of improvement and new opportunities.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools.

Demonstrated ability to create and curate engaging social media content that aligns with brand voice and target audience.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with social media management in a B2B or B2C environment.

Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.

Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.

Experience with social media listening and monitoring tools.

Understanding of social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
