**Requisites**:

- 0 to 6 months of experience as a same role
- Very good communication skills
- Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude
- Structured way of working
- Good documentation skills

**Responsibilities**:
**Chat/Call Support**
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through our online chat system.
Provide accurate information about our products and resolve customer issues.
- Take online orders from customers on chat, create orders in our system and then confirm
- Call customers from abandoned check outs and pursue them till order placement
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions.

**On Page - Off Page Seo Knowledge**
- Develop and execute effective link-building strategies.
- Reach out to relevant websites and influencers to build partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze backlink profiles.
- Submit content to directories, forums, and social bookmarking sites.
- Promote content across social media platforms and online communities.
- Experience in off-page SEO and link-building.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
