**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential customers and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and update relevant information in Excel Sheets.
- Meet or exceed performance targets for lead generation and customer support.
**Requirements**:
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in customer support or sales roles is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work night shifts from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM.
- Demonstrated proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to function effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations and familiarity with CRM software.
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday (Night Shifts Only)
**Weekend Off**: Saturday and Sunday
**Salary**: Fixed Salary + Lucrative Incentives (Salary Range: ₹12,000 - ₹40,000 Monthly)
**Probation Period**: 3 Months
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Wakad, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
