**Qualifications**:

- Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with IT products and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with ticketing systems, chat platforms, and remote support tools.
- Customer-centric mindset and a focus on delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
