**Position**: Customer Support Executive

**Location** : Pune

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with transport industry professionals via calls to introduce our EMT Transport app, explaining its benefits and features.
- Conduct feedback calls to gather user insights and document customer queries.
- Relay important customer feedback and queries to the sales team for prompt action and follow-up.
- Manage communication through WhatsApp, sending informative messages and providing support via chat to assist clients effectively.
- scanning documents, saving them on a computer & upload on ERP

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
