### Job Title: Customer Support Executive
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits.
- Follow up to ensure resolution.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers.
- Document user feedback and suggest improvements to products based on customer insights.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve response times.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and service knowledge.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback and service metrics.
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a customer support or service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
