**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Tally Invoicing:

- Generate invoices, bills, and receipts accurately using Tally software.
- Record and maintain financial transactions in the Tally system.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Reconcile invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and accounts receivable/payable as needed.

Excel Data Entry:

- Enter and update data into Excel spreadsheets with accuracy and efficiency.
- Organize and maintain data in an orderly manner for easy retrieval.
- Verify data accuracy and completeness to ensure integrity.
- Assist in creating reports and presentations using Excel.

Tele-calling:

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products/services or follow up on inquiries.
- Conduct surveys or gather feedback over the phone.
- Provide information about products/services, pricing, and promotions.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for sales representatives as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain call records and update customer information in the database.

General Administrative Support:

- Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with other departments as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or graduate ; additional certification in accounting or administration is a plus.
- Prior experience in Tally invoicing, Excel data entry, and tele-calling roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and invoicing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially for tele-calling.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
