Administration Assistant

**Preferred Background**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Submit **daily project reports** and ensure timely updates.
- Oversee **task allocation** and monitor **project phases** to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and expense tracking.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Provide support to HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
**Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.**:
- Minimum of **2 years of experience** in an administrative role.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
