**Responsibilities**:
**COO- Employer Branding & Analytics**
This role will expect you to drive the rebranding initiatives for DAH2 from an employer brand perspective through a range of experiences and touchpoints as well as provide thought leadership, manage business relationships, and execute initiatives to help the organization make progress its talent strategy
Deliverable:
- Ideate, develop and produce content for digital and social media platforms
- Work with other teams to develop an integrated communications brief, organize planning sessions within the Employer Brand team (and with other teams) to analyze, ideate, plan and execute campaigns related to building the DBS employer brand, employee engagement or recruitment marketing.
- Develop and manage brand and marketing assets
- Research and advise on diversity and inclusion issues and create programs, training and values around this
- Support and guide the recruitment team to help create a brand that appeals to diverse applicants and removes bias.
- Identify external trends and recognize best practices which will increase diversity among the workforce. Work on programs and initiatives to drive inclusion
- Review the organizations workplace, policies and procedures, ensuring that these are all inclusive
- Work closely with HR analytics to drive the diversity related matrix
- Drive centralized HR reporting to Senior Management team that provides them a steer around key HR metrics
- Provide support to HR COO in managing the HR scorecard and functional reviews
- Drive the senior stakeholder management for HR within country
- Support the HR COO in driving the critical central journeys as well as projects around employee experience
Personal Attributes:
- Strong command of the English language, with a repertoire of writing styles, including creative copywriting and editorial writing in your experience..
- Skill to translate ideas and products into compelling and memorable narratives
- Should be comfortable not just with ideation and strategy, but also flawless implementation, eye for detail
- Ability to think quickly on your feet, adapt to a highly variable environment and change scope and focus with ease
- Collaborate effectively across teams within HR and Business in order to get the job done
- Analytical/problem solving ability
