Employer Branding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional with a proven track record in developing and executing successful employer branding initiatives. As an Employer Branding Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing comprehensive employer branding strategies that showcase our company's unique culture and values
  • Developing engaging content and campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive talent acquisition and retention
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of internal communications plans and external brand campaigns
  • Monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and track ROI

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
  • ~7-9 years of experience in employer branding, social media marketing, or related roles
  • Proven track record of successfully executing employer branding initiatives and campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for content creation and storytelling
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
