Senior Recruiter and Employer Branding Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned talent acquisition professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing recruiting strategies, as well as managing teams of recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential employees.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage external partnerships with colleges, job boards, and HR software vendors.
  • Implement employer branding activities to enhance our company's reputation.
  • Oversee the entire candidate experience, from application to onboarding.
  • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Leader or similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including social networks and recruitment portals.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to foster long-term relationships.
  • Relevant educational background or certifications.
