About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive/Assistant Manager who can bring their expertise in crafting compelling employer brand strategies that drive business outcomes.
We are looking for someone with a flair for seamless execution, a good understanding of the employer branding landscape, and the ability to work collaboratively with teams to develop effective content strategies.
This role requires a self-starter who is willing to roll up their sleeves and take ownership of driving the employer branding goals for our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding strategies to attract top talent and enhance employee engagement.
- Drive internal communications plans and collaborate with teams to ensure successful brand campaign execution.
- Create social media calendars, including drafting engaging post copies, selecting relevant hashtags, scheduling posts, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Analyze social media performance data to optimize campaigns and track return on investment.
- Stay up-to-date on all employee review sites and leverage this knowledge to inform employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align employer branding objectives with overall business goals.
- Organize and execute on-ground activities, such as recruitment events, employer branding workshops, and employee engagement programs.
- Present regular reports and presentations on employer branding activities and their impact on talent acquisition and retention.
