Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent and enhance employee engagement through employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • 7-9 years of experience in employer branding, social media marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of executing successful initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and tell compelling stories.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
