**Position: Sales Coordinator**

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Team. The accountability and responsibility of this role entails providing Sales Operational Support to the organization. A successful Sales Coordinator should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

**Job Profile**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Taking charge of Weekly and Monthly Sales Reporting.
- Maintaining opportunities and Account Details in CRM.
- Company presentations with client for order closure.
- Ensuring for VRF to be completed with Clients on top priority.
- Coordinating with clients for BOQ, RFQ, Drawings, Preparing & Sharing Techno-Commercial Proposals.
- Preparing and sharing order acceptance / Proforma Invoice with client & payment recovery.
- Providing support to the Sales Team for Order processing / Drawing approval etc
- Keep the Track of Sales Orders, Reporting to concern Head,
- Solving clients Queries and escalations.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Positive Attitude and approach towards work profile.
- Multi tasker & Ability to adapt new thing quickly
- Preferred: - Female.
- Proficiency in ERP, CRM, MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Salary: As per industry standard

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
