Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:

- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
- Organize and maintain files and records

Work-Related Support:

- Assist with basic business operations, communication, and follow-ups
- Conduct online research and create reports or summaries
- Support with project coordination and deadlines

Personal Tasks:

- Manage personal errands and to-do lists
- Oversee tasks or coordinate with vendors
- Help with event planning, reservations, and sourcing
- Track expenses and manage reimbursements or petty cash

Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and productivity tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience (preferred)

Working Hours:
[11-7; Lunch and coffee break included]
