Responsibilities

Assisting the production in-charge in ensuring the quality, quantity, Turn Around Time, Disposal, continuous improvement and all production related aspects as per the expertise area.

1. Performing CNC turning machine setting

2. Performing jobwise and partwise setting

3. Training the new operators on the process and production

4. Getting the production done by operators

5. Providing support to NPD

6. Solving the queries of operators

7. Monitoring that there is no machine dash, wrong production, correct quantity, rejection less

8. Training as per the part of machines to operators

9. Providing handholding to the operators

10. Checking each machine and ensuring that the operators are handling them properly

11. Doing Correction of parameters and handover and getting the machine started for any problems occurred

12. Checking the sequence for material life and following it properly till storage

13. Ensuring that no process is skipped in the entire life cycle of production

14. Handling machine checklist including whether to put oil, greasing, cleaning, checking instrument usage, training, job drawing understanding training

15. Training workers on how to take readings, and training as per drawing

16. Checking each Operator every hour if they are facing issues

17. Providing continuous support to operators

18. Allocation of work to operators as per shift

19. Providing knowledge transfer and creating backups within the team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
