Job Summary:

The VMC Setter is responsible for setting up and operating VMC to produce precision metal parts. The role involves interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate tooling, and ensuring machines operate efficiently to meet production targets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Set up and prepare VMC machines for production runs. Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures. Load programs into the machine and adjust settings as needed.

Operation: Operate VMC machines to produce parts according to specifications. Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations. Make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.

Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., callipers, micrometres, gauges).Ensure parts meet dimensional and quality standards. Identify and troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on VMC machines.Report and document any mechanical or operational issues.Assist in machine repairs and servicing when necessary.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine setups, production runs, and quality checks.Complete production and inspection reports as required. Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Experience: 2/3 Years in VMC Setter.

Qualifications: ITI/ Diploma/ B.E (Mechanical) or equivalent. Proven experience as a VMC Setter or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of programming and Setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
