**Job Summary**:
The CNC VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Setter is responsible for setting up and operating CNC VMC machines to ensure efficient production of precision components. The role involves interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate tools, adjusting machine parameters, and ensuring quality standards are met.

**Key Responsibilities: Machine Setup & Operation**:

- Set up CNC VMC machines as per job requirements.
- Load and unload workpieces while ensuring accurate positioning.
- Install and adjust cutting tools, fixtures, and machine offsets.
- Perform trial runs and adjust machine settings for optimal performance.

**Quality Control & Inspection**:

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Conduct first-piece inspection and make necessary adjustments.
- Use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators to verify part dimensions.
- Ensure finished products meet required tolerances and quality standards.

**Maintenance & Troubleshooting**:

- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC VMC machines.
- Identify and troubleshoot machine or tooling issues.
- Report machine malfunctions and collaborate with the maintenance team for repairs.

**Process Improvement & Safety**:

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all workplace safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce production downtime.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
