- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate

**Required skills**

Good Experience in B2B & B2C Business.

Hands on experience in Unit Operational Functions.

Hands on experience as a Relationship Managerand Unit Operation as well.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets

Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus

Experience in tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)

Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
