Job Description: Injection Moulding Engineer

**Job Type**:
Full-Time

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate injection moulding machines to meet production targets.
- Optimize processing parameters for different plastic materials to ensure product quality and minimize defects.
- Coordinate with the tooling and design teams to test and validate new moulds.
- Troubleshoot issues such as short shots, flash, warping, and other moulding defects.
- Perform preventative maintenance on moulds, machines, and associated equipment.
- Develop documentation such as process sheets, setup instructions, and quality checklists.
- Implement process improvements for cycle time reduction and scrap minimization.
- Train operators and technicians on machine operation and mould handling.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Support audits and maintain proper production records and reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Diploma or Degree in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in plastic injection moulding processes.
- Expertise in working with thermoplastics like PP, ABS, PC, PA, etc.
- Knowledge of scientific moulding principles and processing window optimization.
- Experience using machines like Arburg, Fanuc, Haitian, or Engel.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and perform root cause analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
