**Job Title: Production Supervisor - Injection Moulding**

**Location: Sachin GIDC, SURAT**

**Department: Production / Manufacturing**

**Reports To: Plant Head / Operations Manager**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes for injection moulding operations.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products as per customer requirements.
- Ensure optimum utilization of injection moulding machines and other resources.
- Troubleshoot moulding issues related to machines, tools, or materials.
- Lead, train, and manage the performance of production staff and operators.
- Implement lean manufacturing and 5S practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant certifications.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department for the upkeep of machines and equipment.
- Review production data to identify and resolve bottlenecks or process inefficiencies.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and KPIs.
- Ensure safety standards and protocols are followed across the production floor.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Technology, or related field.
- **3+ years** of experience in a production management role, specifically in **injection moulding**.
- Strong technical knowledge of **injection moulding machines (e.g., Arburg, Engel, Haitian, Ferromatik, etc.)**.
- Experience with mould/tool changeovers, cycle time optimization, and troubleshooting defects.
- Knowledge of plastic raw materials (e.g., PP, ABS, Nylon, PC, etc.).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP software and MS Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
