Kaastham Furniture is in search of a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing processes at our Surat facility. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our bespoke furniture designs, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Collaborate with the design and manufacturing teams to optimize production processes and workflows.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of materials for production.
- Train and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and healthy work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the wood manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of wood manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to optimize production workflows for efficiency and quality.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
