Role & responsibilities

JOB PROFILE:

  • Responsible for as 2D and 3D CAM Programming.
  • Responsible for also new development part on HMC and VMC of fanuc controller.

* Leading role in RFQ , APQP and also maintain of all development document .

  • Responsible for also in cycle time reduction project.
  • Responsible for double spindle sliding head Machine (Hanwha), CNC,VMC.
  • Strength of Hanwha make sliding head is to reduce cycle time due to synchronization of

double spindle .easy for operating due extension of Barfeeder.

* Responsible for plan vs actual daily production.

  • Responsible as section head and reporting to plant head.
  • Responsible for CNC, VMC and Programming for Nx software.
  • Leading the Shift incharge & Reporting to DM Mc Shop.
  • Responsible for daily OEE of the Dept. & Present it.
  • Responsible for Tooling & Critical Spare parts management.
  • Fully implementation of 5S system.
  • Ensure SAP Entry.
