1) Handling Quality control responsibilities.

2) Auditing the process and equipment’s.

3) Monitoring and controlling defects in process.

4) Reporting and initiation of corrective action for major deviation

5) Analysis of root cause of major deviation.

6) To provide counseling to personnel for attaining the best quality.

7) Implementation of traceability in perfect ways.

8) Submission of weekly/monthly reports on employee rating, various storage area study, plant quality rating, quality observation & violation etc..

9) Supervising the quality standards at all stages of production i.e. input, in-process and output, in conformance with ISO 13485 ensure the release of best quality product to the market.

10) Audit by Sampling Method at final finish dept.

11) Prepare QC protocols for physical & performance test.

12) Implement in QC process on regular basis.

13) Identify & develop instruments to improve quality control process.

14) Analyze rejection ratio in timely manages & coordinate with respected department to control rejection.
