Qc Incharge

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the QC department and supervise the team.
- Develop, validate, and implement quality testing methods.
- Ensure all incoming raw materials, in-process, and finished goods meet quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain QC documentation, reports, and audit records.
- Coordinate with R&D, Production, and QA for quality-related improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, ISO, and regulatory guidelines
- Minimum **10 years of QC experience** in **dyes intermediates / specialty chemicals/ Organic Chemical**industry.
- Strong analytical knowledge (HPLC, UV, Titrations - NV, CV, Iodometry, Wet Chemistry).
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication, reporting, and decision-making ability.
