Sales and Marketing Representative

As a UPVC (SMV Traders) Doors and Windows Hardware Sales and Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility is to promote and sell UPVC doors and windows hardware to prospective clients. You will be tasked with developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to increase product awareness, generate leads, and ultimately drive sales revenue. This role requires a combination of strong sales skills, technical knowledge of UPVC hardware, and a knack for building and maintaining client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach for UPVC doors and windows hardware.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand market trends, and gather competitive intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of UPVC doors and windows hardware to clients, architects, builders, and contractors.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of UPVC hardware solutions.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure profitable contracts and agreements. Close sales deals in a timely manner.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
**Additional Requirements**:
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
