**Key Responsibilities**:

- Procure additionals sales by enageging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products.
- Interacting with vendors and Builders product marketing and increase sales
- Meet sales targets.
- Provide expert advice on hardware products, tools, and materials to customers.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve any sales-related inquiries or concerns.
- Process customer orders, sales transactions, and returns efficiently.
- Tracking Data of stock and purchase / sales
- Monitor stock levels and report product shortages or overstock situations to the inventory team.
- Manage the store’s social media accounts and online presence (WhatsApp, Google Account).
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to organize marketing campaigns.

**Skills and Requirement**:

- Basic command English, Hindi, Bank and Computer is must.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the retail or hardware industry/ Fresher are most welcomed and trained under supervisor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in using social media platform for marketing purposes.
- A positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.

**Working Hours**:

- **9:30 Am to 8:30 Pm / Monday to Saturday**

**This includes Lunch break**

**Compensation**
- Petrol allowance
- Performance-based incentives/commissions.

Pay: ₹9,101.07 - ₹22,000.00 per month
