**Job Title: Sales Executive (Travel Agency)**

**Location**: Railway Stations and Bus Stations

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our travel agency team. The primary responsibility of this role is to attract customers from railway stations and bus stations by engaging with them and promoting our travel agency services.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Approach potential customers at railway stations and bus stations.

2. Initiate conversations with travelers to understand their travel needs and preferences.

3. Promote our travel agency services, including tour packages, ticket bookings, and travel accommodations.

4. Provide detailed information about available travel options, destinations, and special offers.

5. Assist customers in selecting the most suitable travel packages or services based on their requirements.

6. Handle inquiries and address any concerns or questions raised by customers.

7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.

8. Meet sales targets and quotas set by the company.

9. Keep updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and competitors' offerings.

10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to approach customers confidently and engage them in conversations.

4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

5. Knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and booking procedures is an advantage.

6. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

7. Flexibility to work during peak travel hours, including evenings and weekends.

8. High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
