**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles.
- Provide information on pricing, financing options, and after-sales services.
- **Sales Process**:

- Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify suitable vehicle options for customers.
- Effectively communicate product specifications, performance, and pricing to potential buyers.
- Lead customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to delivery.
- **Achievement of Sales Targets**:

- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Continuously prospect and follow up with potential customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain a customer database and utilize CRM tools for efficient follow-up.
- **Market Awareness**:

- Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and competitors in the automobile industry.
- Provide feedback on market conditions and customer preferences to management.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with colleagues from various departments, including service and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Share insights and best practices with the sales team to enhance overall performance.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, including customer records and sales contracts.
- Submit regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the sales manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in automobile sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of automotive technology, features, and specifications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- A valid driver's license.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
