We’re searching for a results-oriented sales associate who will actively seek out new business prospects, engage with potential clients, and develop connections with them. To enhance top-line revenue growth, client acquisition levels, and profitability, you will supply complete and relevant solutions for every potential customer.

**Location**: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh
**Shift Timings**: 1pm IST - 11pm IST/9am - 6pm IST.
**What we are looking for**:
- Represent our company’s products and services, starting from comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions would meet the needs of our clients.
- Generate/Identify prospective leads and build long-term relationships with them.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives on the next steps.
- Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
**Your Profile**:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Agent, Business Development Representative or any relevant field.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience working with a CRM
- Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
