**Admission Counsellor**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Student Guidance**: Counsel students and parents regarding educational opportunities, admissions processes, and program benefits. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our courses and services.
- **Lead Management**: Follow up on leads generated through various channels (online inquiries, walk-ins, referrals, etc.). Maintain a database of potential students and ensure timely communication.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, and external stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor for students during the decision-making process.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. Provide feedback to the management on market dynamics and customer preferences.

**Qualifications Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in education, business, or a related field).

**Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or customer service roles.

**Skill Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in regional languages is an added advantage.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust.
- Target-driven and self-motivated individual.

**Work Hours**: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
