**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound international calls.

2. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.

3. Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

4. Offer product and service information to customers, assisting them in making informed decisions.

5. Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive brand image through effective communication.

6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.

7. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, updating information as required.

5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

6. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team.

**7. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including US and UK shifts.**

**8. Immediate joiners preferred.**

**9. Age limit 30 year.**

We offer a competitive salary within the range of INR **15,000 to INR 33,000 per** month, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a great working culture, one-sided cab facility, and opportunities for growth and advancement.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month

Schedule:
