The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing timely support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role involves documenting issues, escalating them when necessary, and delivering solutions in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective support.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience.
- Document issues and escalate them to relevant teams when required.
- Offer solutions promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Manage multiple tasks while prioritizing effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction.
- Experience in managing overall Customer Experience.
- British Accent is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service best practices.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree preferred.
