**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Executive to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events. The Event Executive will be responsible for supporting the event management team with various tasks and ensuring that events are carried out smoothly. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Event Coordination Support**:
1. Assist in the planning and organization of events, including conferences, corporate meetings, exhibitions, and social events.

2. Liaise with clients to understand their event needs and assist in developing event proposals.

3. Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, transportation, catering, and vendor management.

4. Prepare and distribute event materials, including invitations, programs, and event schedules.

**On-Site Event Support**:
1. Assist in the setup, registration, and execution of events.

2. Supervise event staff and volunteers, ensuring they perform their roles effectively during events.

3. Handle on-site issues, ensuring the event runs smoothly and according to plan.

**Event Promotion and Marketing**:
2. Help manage event registration, track RSVPs, and send reminders to attendees.

**Post-Event Evaluation**:
1. Collect feedback from clients, and attendees to assess the success of the event.

2. Assist with the preparation of post-event reports and evaluations.

3. Help with event follow-up, including sending thank-you notes and handling feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Event Assistant or Coordinator or Fresher's can also apply.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required by the event schedule.

**Experience**:Fresher to 2 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
