**Position**: Event Executive

**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
- Manage vendor coordination, venue arrangements, and event logistics.
- Conduct site recces and ensure timely setup and dismantling.
- Handle budgets, timelines, and quality control.
- Support in creating event concepts and presentations.
- Graduate in any discipline (Event Management background preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience for entry-level roles / 2+ years for senior roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events.

**Location**: Pune, Baner

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
