Skill / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes, with hands-on experience in NetSuite Advanced Billing.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing NetSuite solutions to support business objectives.
- Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics for customization and workflow automation.
- Proficiency in creating custom reports, dashboards, and saved searches within NetSuite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity.
- Experience with data migration activities, including data cleansing, mapping, and validation.

Job Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the NetSuite platform, including user setup, role configuration, customizations, and system integrations.
- Utilize deep understanding of accounting principles to design, implement, and optimize financial processes within NetSuite, with a focus on Advanced Billing.
- Lead the implementation of new NetSuite features and functionalities to support evolving business needs.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide insights into financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose system improvements.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of NetSuite and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system configuration, data integrity, and performance optimization.
- Stay updated on NetSuite releases, patches, and industry trends to recommend and implement best practices.
