**Job description**
- Webuters is looking for NetSuite Administrator to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- you will play a key role in managing and optimizing the NetSuite ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system within the organization
- This position involves configuring and customizing NetSuite, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting end-users to enhance operational efficiency
- Key Responsibilities: System Configuration: Configure and maintain NetSuite settings, preferences, and customizations to align with business needs
- Implement changes and enhancements to the system as required
- User Support: Provide support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and address inquiries related to NetSuite functionality
- Conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing training for existing users
- Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within NetSuite by monitoring and managing data imports, exports, and updates
- Perform regular data audits to identify and resolve inconsistencies
- Customization: Customize NetSuite forms, fields, workflows, and reports to meet specific business requirements
- Develop and implement SuiteScripts for automation and additional functionality
- Manage data flow and troubleshoot integration issues
- Security and Access Controls: Implement and manage user roles and permissions to ensure proper access controls
- Regularly review and update security settings to protect sensitive data
- System Upgrades: Coordinate and participate in NetSuite upgrades
- Test new features and functionalities to ensure a smooth transition
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of NetSuite configurations, customizations, and processes
- Document best practices and procedures for system usage
- Reporting and Analytics: Create and customize reports and dashboards to meet reporting requirements
- Provide insights and analytics to support decision-making
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align NetSuite capabilities accordingly
- Work closely with NetSuite support and vendors as needed
- Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator
- Strong understanding of NetSuite functionality, configuration, and customization
- Familiarity with SuiteScript (JavaScript) for scripting within NetSuite
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy
- NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus
